Your company. Clearly positioned.

Most common SME mistake

There are no clearly defined processes, responsibilities and controls – and this is where the real risks arise. The most common mistake is not a lack of knowledge, but a lack of structure and governance.

What businesses ask most

As an SME, do I need a lawyer or is a legal consultant sufficient?

For out-of-court matters – contract drafting, data protection (FADP), compliance, process optimisation – a legal consultant is often sufficient and more cost-efficient. Only for court proceedings is a licensed lawyer mandatory.

What does the new data protection law DSG mean for our company?

Since September 2023, Swiss companies must adapt privacy notices, processing registers and internal processes. I analyse your status and guide the implementation.

Can you review and amend contracts?

Yes – employment contracts, service agreements, supply contracts, T&Cs and more.

Our company is experiencing rapid growth, but we lack process documentation. Can you create it?

Yes – during a process analysis the process documentation is also developed.
